“Faith”…she is called, such a beautiful child.  Her parents are amazing young people who travel the world, singing and dancing to the word of God, with The Nubian Gents and Feminine Fire from NYC.  This group of young people profess their faith in an amazing way.  The first time I saw them, I was so overwhelmed with a joy that could only be a sign from above.  They were teens then…and I wanted what they had…a faith that seemed to be solid, not afraid to be a witness of .  How did they learn this at such a young age?  What did they know that I didn’t?  Wasn’t I suppose to be teaching them?  I realized opportunities are all around us to learn from each other.  There is no set rule as to who teaches what.  Even a child can teach us the meaning of faith.

1 John 5:4 ~ Faith

For whatever is born of God overcomes the world.  And this is the victory that has overcome the world…our faith.
 

To Jasmine and Rashawn of the Nubian Gents and Feminine Fire, a Christian step dance group from NY City, celebrating the birth of their baby “Faith”…

Faith … Like A Child
 

Such gifts, HE does give us.  Do we know we are blessed?

Do we think all we own is ours?  Must confess…
 

We may buy, we may get lots of things we can hold

But, it’s clear they belong to The One, Lord…so bold.
 

HE has given you “Faith” in your heart, in your soul

In a beautiful child to have and to hold.
 

Do take care, she will need you to teach and to guide

Like our God, she’s a blessing, give her love. Take great pride.
 

May God bless you and keep you steady and strong

With such “Faith” in your heart, you will never go wrong.
